Effected a lot by this low rate. It gave a great impact so it is not usual and good for economy. Korea uses Won so impact doesn't hard but we export many things to America so it is a problem. I don't think it is good but I think it is very dangerous to people. People don't use money a lot so it circulated one time and this result came.
