He is rival with Sola. His boat is very small. But, It is very fast. Second has need a Team. Sola made team. Named is SBB(Speed Battle Boat). Time is BS(Bad Sola). They made new weapon. In the water, there is pit. It is boat pit. Also, there is remote. Pit has weapon. When BS's boat is come, tie with rope. And, throw the boat. When it come again, grab the rope and throw. Boat also got weapon. When push the red button, it turn in to submarine. BS's pit got rope too.
