I am black belt in Tae kwon do and I have to do test to go high in black belt. To day we did kicking in sponge. I'm not good at kick and punch but I do my best. Also I did a bundle of skill of Tae kwon do which named 'Pumsae'. I want I can pass the test to go high in black belt. I will practice and do my best.
