When salt and flour are mixed I can't classification. >>When salt and flour are mixed, I wouldn't be able to separate them. But the salt is biger then the flour I can classification them. >>Even if salt is a little bit bigger than the flour, I still couldn't separate them. I put the salt and flour on the sift. >>I put the mixture of salt and flour in the strainer. The sift's hole is smaller then the salt and biger then the flour. >>The holes of the strainer are smaller than the salt and bigger than the flour. So' the flour is go down and the salt is remain on the sift. >>So when I shook the strainer, the flour will fall and the salt will remain in the strainer. Rapella, Very good! You found a way to separate them. Remember the word "sift" is a verb, it is an action word. So instead of using the word "sift", you can use the word "strainer" which is a noun that is used to separate those kinds of things. Keep on practicing! Have a happy weekend! :D **Teacher Karen
