A main charater Bill's younger brother george was killed by the clown. And then, Bill tries to find george but he fails alot and he went inside to drain with his friends. In the drain, they met the clown and clown tries to scare them and eat them. However, finally, they started to not feel scared by him and try to fight him. They saved a girl who was kidnapped by it.
