Personally, I agree with having one job in my lifetime. When I work in the same field for a long time, I can get a lot of experiences related to my career. Also, I know I am not able to buy them with money. In addition, working in the same company is a timesaver. I can easily understand how things go and what is needed in the company. And it means that I can save time to understand and get used to the working environment. Finally, being a professional in a specific field is the ultimate goal in my life. In order to make my dream come true, I think it is better to work for the same company for a long time.
