  • Hi, this is Amy Johns. I am the general manager of the hotel. I have noticed we have a very busy banquet services season coming up. Since you are the Banquet Service Director, I thought I would ask your advice to solve a problem we’re having now. We have many banquets and functions booked already, 5 weddings and 3 other corporate events and many dinners, but I noticed that there are not enough staff to service these banquets, so I think this is a serious problem.
