In my opinion, communication skills are the most important quality of a leader. Leaders have many chances to communicate with many people on a daily basis. In order to successfully work with other people, you need to explain what you want to accomplish to them. If you can’t, there will be problems when working towards the same goal. Also, communication is not just about talking. You should listen to and understand what the members want, think, and feel. So, I think that communication skills are the most important quality as a leader.
