- Good afternoon, my name is Anthony Simons. I¡¯d like to bring my car in, uh, to your garage for a tune-up, because, I¡¯m leaving in two days for a business trip, um, out of state. Now, I read on your, your website that I¡¯m supposed to make an appointment, um, three days in advance for a tune-up, but I just don¡¯t have that much time. So¡¦ is there any way you can work on my car, uh, sometime today or tomorrow? I don¡¯t think there¡¯s anything, uh, seriously wrong with it. I¡¯d just like it to be in good condition... for my long drive. Give me a call at 445-0393 if it¡¯s possible for me to, uh, to take my car in. I hope you can fit me in. Thanks.

- Thank you for calling Times Core Garage. We always do our best to keep you happy, and your cars in the best condition. Yes, it¡¯s our requirement for an appointment at least three days in advance. I understand you have only two. I just checked with our mechanics department, and we can squeeze you in this evening for an emergency check-up. That is if you can bring it in by 6 o¡¯clock. We normally charge 50% extra for each day under our three-day appointment minimum, but I¡¯ll just charge you at the regular rate. You¡¯ve been a loyal customer for the past 18 months. I just want to express our appreciation. I hope that you¡¯ll find that reasonable. We¡¯ll make sure to get your car all tuned and ready. Thanks for using Times Core Garage. Have a good day!
