6. Why do you think some people have trouble sleeping?
RESPONSE TIME
00:00:30
I usually sleep about four hours during weekdays. I go to bed after one in the morning and get up at 5:20 in the morning. Weekends, however, are different. I get to sleep in till after 8.
I usually get home late from work or meetings, so I don?™t have much time in the evenings from Monday through Friday. I take a shower, change into my pajamas, check my e-mail if I have time, and get my schedule and personal belongings in order for the next day. If I still have more time, I?™ll probably write emails to my friends and my acquaintances.
Well, there may be a number of reasons that interfere with your sleep. Too much coffee will keep you awake. Some energy drinks that contain high dosages of caffeine will also keep you from falling asleep. Alcohol will give you trouble going into deep sleep. Psychologically unstable states due to excitement or worries may also make it difficult for you to go to sleep. You wouldn?™t have a good night?™s sleep if you have an upset stomach. If you had a nap earlier, you probably wouldn?™t be tired enough.
