  • Hello, this is Thomas Green. I was informed by your hotel that they never had a reservation under my name. I am a little confused because I had my secretary book a room for me one week in advance. I came to this city to attend a four-day seminar so it is important that I have a room. I contacted my secretary who confirmed with me again that she had booked the room and has receipts as proof. So I am hoping that something can be worked out in a timely manner. Otherwise, I should book another hotel.

¨çHello, this is Ji-su from the Times Hotel.

¨èI got your message saying that you have a four-day seminar in this city and you had your secretary book a room at our hotel in advance.

¨éWhen you arrived, however, there was no reservation

¨êSo you need something to be worked out in a timely fashion.

¨ëI¡¯m so sorry for the inconvenience that you have now. When I checked the problem, I found that our intern made a mistake.

¨ìTo compensate you, we¡¯d like to upgrade you to a suite at no extra charge for your four-day stay.

¨íOnce again, I am truly sorry for this and hope you will enjoy your stay.

  • Good afternoon. This is Julia Turner¡¦ and I ordered train tickets from your website. I received them in the mail today, but, uh I¡¯ve noticed a problem. They¡¯re for a roundtrip on the express train from Toronto to Boston. The times and destinations are correct, but, you see, I¡¯m afraid the dates on the tickets are wrong. I wanted to depart on, uh, May 16th and, then, come back on the 20th, but these tickets are for the 18th and the 21st. As you know, uh, May 16th is less than a week away, and I¡¯m supposed to attend a very, uh, a very important business conference in Boston¡¦ I can¡¯t miss it. How can I fix the problem? Please get back to me at 457-3092. Thanks.
