Good afternoon. This is Julia Turner¡¦ and I ordered train tickets from your website. I received them in the mail today, but, uh I¡¯ve noticed a problem. They¡¯re for a roundtrip on the express train from Toronto to Boston. The times and destinations are correct, but, you see, I¡¯m afraid the dates on the tickets are wrong. I wanted to depart on, uh, May 16th and, then, come back on the 20th, but these tickets are for the 18th and the 21st. As you know, uh, May 16th is less than a week away, and I¡¯m supposed to attend a very, uh, a very important business conference in Boston¡¦ I can¡¯t miss it. How can I fix the problem? Please get back to me at 457-3092. Thanks.
Hello, Ms. Turner. Thank you for using Times Core Tickets. This is Lee, the Customer Service Supervisor, and I¡¯m terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We have checked your order and are afraid to inform you that somehow your entry for the dates was made for May 18 and 21 instead of May 16 and 20. I have worked with our staff and got the seats on that schedule. All you need to do is go to ¡°My Page.¡± All the updated information has already been entered for you. So double-check the change request to make sure, and click ¡°Confirm¡± on the request form. That¡¯s it. Please understand that the tickets were issued as ordered according to your order information. Also, the cancellation of your current tickets and the issuing of new tickets add up to $50 of extra charges. But we¡¯ll do it free of charge this time because we appreciate your using our service for such a long time.
