Do you prefer working with people who have the same background and think the same as you or do you prefer working with people who think differently? Give reasons to support your choice.

I prefer working with people in the same background and who think the same way as I think. It leads to fewer conflicts and we get to finish tasks more efficiently. When I’m with a group of students from different countries, I find that there are too many conflicting ideas, and that we spend too much energy arguing and finding the right solutions. But when I work with students from my country, there are fewer conflicts and we usually agree on what to do. It is much easier to work with people that think the same way. I know that working with different people is a good idea in order to find creative solutions, but sometimes it is not efficient, and I end up wasting too much time.
