- Hello Cindy, this is Kevin. I’m calling about the conference we’ll be attending this weekend in New York. We have ten people in our department flying there to attend the two-day conference. The plane tickets have already been purchased, but most of the hotels in the area are already fully booked. The only hotels available are too expensive and can’t be covered by our budget. I don’t know what to do. We can’t cancel the tickets and we can’t spend too much money on accommodations. Please call me and let me know what to do. I’ll be here in the office.
