  • Hi Marie, this is Chris and I¡¯m in charge of transportation and accommodation for our guests for the conference. Our partners in Seoul just called, and they requested to add ten more people to their group. I called several hotels, and they are already overbooked, except for hotels that are above our budget. Also, we cannot just book rooms for the ten extra guests. We have to move everyone. We only have a week before their arrival and I don¡¯t think we can find other locations soon enough.
