Hi Marie, this is Chris and I’m in charge of transportation and accommodation for our guests for the conference. Our partners in Seoul just called, and they requested to add ten more people to their group. I called several hotels, and they are already overbooked, except for hotels that are above our budget. Also, we cannot just book rooms for the ten extra guest. We have to move everyone. We only have a week before their arrival and I don’t think we can find other locations soon enough. Please call me, and let me know what you want me to do.

In order to add ten extra guests, I think it would be a good idea to divide people into two groups for luxurious suites and regular ones. If there’s anything else, please call me.
