Hi Christy, this is Johnson. I’m calling about the budget proposal for Monday. We will be making a proposal for this year’s budget to the regional office. However, I looked at the numbers and they hadn’t been updated properly. They haven’t taken into account the new projects we will be developing this year. This error is evident in all of the material, including the slide show presentation. It is now Friday and I need this fixed, but I don’t have all the relevant data with me. Please call me back as soon as possible to solve this problem.

Hi Johnson, this is Christy. I just looked at the materials, and you are right. The budget proposal has not been updated and does not include all of the new projects we’ll be developing this year. I called our project manager and asked her for all of the data, and she will be sending it to me as soon as possible. I will change the numbers in the proposal and the presentation myself over the weekend. Everything should be ready for Tuesday. I will try to send you a copy of the proposal and the slide show presentation on Saturday, just to be sure. If there’s anything else, please let me know.
