I see a couple of street sweepers sweeping the road. Both of them are dressed the same. Perhaps it?셲 their standard uniform - green caps, bright green and orange vests, and dark clothes. At least one of them is using a pink towel as a makeshift mask.
Their side of the road is wet, although the weather seems clear, so they must have watered it before they began sweeping in order to prevent dust from flying all over.
I see a barricade and a truck right behind the cleaners. So it looks like they blocked their side before they began the cleaning work. On the other side of the road, however, there are cars. It?셲 hard to tell from a still picture whether they`re moving at all, though.
